AFCM in collaboration with BIBF conducted a virtual training course on “Exchange Regulations & Compliance Development” on the 29th, 30th of June and 1st of July. The Exchange Regulations & Compliance Development course explained an overview of the exchange regulations, defined the regulatory and compliance risk, the regulatory objectives versus risk to regulators and requirements from the IOSCO, the compliance function of market intermediaries. Moreover, the AML Risk assessment for securities sectors and sanction risk was explained.
