Mohammed bin Sulaiman Al-Rumaih is the Saudi Stock Exchange’s (Tadawul) Chief of Markets. Since joining Tadawul in 2009, Al-Rumaih held various administrative and leadership positions, including Head of Primary Market and Chief of Sales and Marketing, before assuming his current role in April 2018.

He has more than 16 years of experience in the financial services sector, and has led Tadawul through numerous milestones and a period of exponential growth since stepping into his current position. Al-Rumaih oversees Tadawul’s Markets operations, including the Main Market, Nomu – Parallel Marke, Sukuk and Bonds and others.

He has been instrumental in the Exchange’s adoption of new market enhancements and products to further cement its status as an advanced capital market and regional powerhouse. His notable achievements include Tadawul’s inclusion in emerging market indices, the launch of Nomu – Parallel Market, and facilitating the smooth public listing of Saudi Aramco in 2019.
Al-Rumaih holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM), and an MBA from Manchester Business School.
