Anna Campbell joined the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) of Abu Dhabi Global Market
(ADGM) in February 2018. She is a senior member of the team responsible for the authorisation and
supervision of Market Infrastructures within ADGM, including Recognised Investment Exchanges,
Recognised Clearing Houses, Multilateral Trading Facilities and Organised Trading Facilities, and for
the recognition of remote exchanges, remote clearing houses and remote members.
In addition to these responsibilities, Anna is a key driver in the development and formulation of
ADGM’s digital / virtual assets regulatory framework, and is also closely involved in the continued
enhancement and development of the broader capital markets regulatory framework.
Prior to joining the FSRA, Anna worked as a commercial lawyer in New Zealand, the UK and the UAE
and has extensive private practice and in-house experience.
Anna holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Otago (New Zealand) and a Master of Laws
(Hons) from the University of Auckland (New Zealand).
