Tunis Stock Exchange Holds a Symposium on the "Access into the Market and Sustainability of Companies”

As part of promoting tax measures, and incentives supporting consolidations of groups and access to market financing, the Tunis Stock Exchange held on the 24th of May a symposium on the theme: "Access into the market and sustainability of companies».
 
This symposium, which regroups more than fifty business leaders of groups, was opened by the Minister of Finance Slim Chaker, who encouraged in his address large enterprises and groups to profit from tax benefits, mainly those granted by the Finance Act 2007 on the occasion of being a holding listed in the stock market.
 
Distinguished experts presented the strategic, economic and fiscal benefits of the business combination through holding company that goes public. Some leaders and founders of companies that have entered the market in the context of the above incentives brought their testimonies.
